How they have grown!!!

Hi everybody,
To all the loyal followers of this blog, at last count numbering zero; we do apologize for not updating the blog in a while. The progress of these veritable Greek Gods has been astounding, to put it mildly.
They have grown exponentially, in fact you wouldn't be far off in mistaking them for small horses on passing them in their palatial kennel. A few can almost speak- I hate to get political; but they seem to make more sense than some of the idiots who seem to be mouthing off on the idiot box of late. They have puppy breath to boot!
Three of the boys have been spoken for- and the girls are in the process of being snapped up.
A few blokes are in the process of picking out a stunning beauty from the bevy of beautiful girls in out clutch of puppies. As I type, I can see that some of the puppies are getting aggravated.
they seem to resent being referred to as puppies- they can read English!!!
They have indicated a desire to be called gkjdsajdahdksa which is German for Noble Hunters of the Sun.

In any case they seem to be getting along beautifuly and to prove my point, I am uploading a few images of them.
We did take a few videos and once we figure out how to upload them, you can see them in the flesh or as close to the flesh as an inanimate computer terminal can allow...

AND then there were 9...!!!

In the morning of the 24th of August 2009, we awoke to find Izzy and her brood of 3, wait 5, no 6 no 7 puppies...all with mice in their teeth. A hunter is born never created...well maybe the mice were a bit of our imaginations, nonetheless 7 beautiful puppies all healthy, with the mother in good health and the dad clueless as usual- we were blessed!!!
The puppies seem to be in great health, and nursing seems to be the only activity they and their mother indulge in- except for the unending amount of food and water that the bottomless pit Izzy seems to be consuming. Will keep you all updated!

First there were two...just blessed two!!!

On August 23rd there were two Weimeraners...one a beautiful girl called Izzy and the other a class act gentleman called Shiv. As you can see they were meant to be as close a couple as can be.
When nature had made demands, they had responded with alacrity. Now Izzy bearing the brunt of the burden was a happy and confused young lady as is only proper. Shiv being the guy- read "idiot", had no clue as to the good tidings that was about to be dropped on his head.
Both looked forward to the next day as usual- Izzy with a bit more apprehension than Shiv, whose primary concern was probably a heavy meal with some happy chasing after imaginary rabbits.
And thus they went to sleep as did we, the non essential actors in this Shakesperean drama that was about to unfold in Dousman, WI...
